Reflect on being constantly connected: how is it bad?

Now being constantly connected can have it’s bad sides too. In my previous post, I mentioned how it is very useful to always be able to see what your friends and family are up to. But the problem that we don’t see is that it’s without even talking to them, which can create a habit to not even take the time to talk to one an other since with have all the information we need in front of us. In the older days, we would call or write to someone to get news, which would maintain the relationship. But nowadays, most of the time without realizing it, we don’t take the time to maintain a relationship, by calling or actually seeing each other. In this new generation, it has become more about the virtual world than the real world and face to face relationships.
